Automatic Bonnell Spring Coiling Machine

SX-60 Bonnell Spring Coiling Machine is specially designed for producing biconical spring of the Bonnell type for mattresses, furniture and motor vehicle upholstery.

In a single operating cycle, the springs are coiled, bent and knotted at both ends, subjected to heat treatment to limit the loss of elasticity caused by permanent deformation, ejected from the machine and packed. The speed of the coiling machine is 60 springs per minute.

The machine runs independently and can be operated by one person responsible for the start-up, wire infeed and spring unloading. Control panel performs the machine settings and displays messages on LCD Display to the operator. The accessories supplied include tools for adjustments and maintenance, and parts which may be substituted to allow the production of different types of production.

Machine can work with different thickness of wire, the height of the spring and diameter of the base ring.

Machine is built to guarantee maximum operator safety thanks to mechanical protection devises and safety switches.  Meanwhile, it is also very easy in adjusting. It is really the economic machine for all mattress factories.

Both the electrical parts and the structure of the machine are up to the CE.UL. and C (UL), so that it is more safe anduser-friendly.
